芯片行业高薪抢人：台积电人均46万工资、中芯国际13万

人才是半导体芯片行业的关键之一，为了留住人才，各大半导体公司也纷纷提高待遇，晶圆代工领域的带头大哥台积电人均薪酬可达46万，国内的一哥中芯国际也达到了13万。
根据公开数据，2021年，荷兰光刻机巨头ASML全球近三万名员工，人均薪酬是12万欧元；美国应用材料公司人均薪酬约11万美元。
台积电全球6.5万名员工的薪酬中位数约新台币206万元（约人民币46.27万）。
不计高管收入，三星电子普通员工的平均年薪约1.4亿韩元（约合人民币74万元）。
