2018年，中国移动正式宣布，推出飞信的转型之作，主打通讯与协同办公的“和飞信”业务。
近日，
中国移动发布公告，宣布和飞信业务将从9月30日开始停止提供服务，届时用户将无法登陆以及使用和飞信。
而对于和飞信存储的用户信息，官方表示，将会根据相关法律规定及《和飞信隐私政策》进行保存，保存期限后将对用户个人信息进行删除。
如果用户仍有办公和通讯方面的需求， 则可转为使用中国移动旗下的“移动办公”App进行使用。
