Apple watch 的锻炼圆环时间很难记入

18 年开始用 Apple Watch ，当时锻炼圆环只是日常走动上下楼梯都能准确记入进去，一天下来不用特意进行体能训练，锻炼圆环也能有个十几分钟。然而当下我即便是户外步行 10 分钟，要么计入 0 分钟，要么计入 1 分钟，一天下来的日常活动锻炼圆环就是铁打不动的 4 分钟。
请问是 Apple 的计算逻辑优化了还是对个人用户的运动习惯给予不同的计入标准？例如运动量大的，日常活动的锻炼时间忽略不计。
告诉我，我不是一个人。😂
