正在和客户正常聊天沟通，提到了关键词支付宝，然后马上就下线被封了，依然是以“涉嫌诈骗”为由。
这次比较狠一点，申诉入口也不给我了，发了一条微博本来打算推广一下。
花了钱进行微博推广，然后没几分钟，微博把钱也退回来了，果然都是穿一条裤子的，用户连开口说话的机会都没有，然后微博还被限流了。
请问这种情况可以起诉腾讯吗？
