韩媒称21家韩企平均年薪超52万，最高的却不是三星

中新经纬3月23日电 据韩联社报道，韩国全国经济人联合会下属的韩国经济研究院（以下简称“韩经研”）发布调查统计显示，2021年平均年薪超1亿韩元（约合人民币52万元）的企业有21家，预计这一数值今年将增至31家左右。
报道显示，韩经研日前针对百强非金融类上市公司中公开2019～2021年业绩报告的85家企业进行调查。结果显示，员工平均年薪超1亿韩元的企业有21家，较2019年（8家）、2020年（10家）分别增加1.6倍、1.1倍。
报道显示，具体来看，三星电子、SK电信、S-Oil、LG化学、三星物产、乐天化学等悉数在列。SK电信平均年薪最高，为1.62亿韩元，较上一年度上涨34%。其后依次为三星电子（1.44亿韩元）、Naver（1.29亿韩元）、三星SDS（1.19亿韩元）等。
报道指出，加入“1亿年薪俱乐部”的大企业每年都在增加，2019年仅8家，2020年增至10家，去年新增11家。韩经研分析称，考虑到过去3年的薪资增幅，预计今年将增至31家。（中新经纬APP）
