钛媒体App 3月4日消息，国务院联防联控机制综合组召开全国疫情防控视频会商会议，会议强调，要坚持“动态清零”防控策略，落实科学精准防控要求，尽快遏制疫情扩散蔓延。发生聚集性疫情的地区，加快现场指挥机构平急转换的速度，快速开展核酸筛查，加快推进流调隔离转运，提前部署重点地区“清零行动”，统筹疫情防控和医疗救治等工作，严格落实分区分级精准防控，尽力在最短时间、最低层级、最小范围控制住疫情传播。
