We are aware that many of you are still considering the possibility of attending the Chicago ASC meetings later this month. If you do plan to attend, please note that the Palmer House still has sleeping rooms available. Reserve your room by November 5 to get the ASC meeting rate. See you in the Windy City soon
Registration Information
Announcements
ASC has revised its refund policy for registration fees this year. Due to the current situation surrounding COVID, advance registration fees will be refunded for all cancellations, at any time.
With the ever-changing landscape around COVID-19 and the Delta variant, ASC is working with all parties to adhere to the local and national directives for public health guidance and protocols. A recent Chicago mandate requires masks for indoor meetings. If this mandate remains in effect, it will, of course, be adhered to at our 2021 Annual Meeting.
ASC is monitoring the CDC guidelines and will post updates on the status of the meeting and any restrictions that may apply for meeting activities. Updates will be communicated on the ASC website, and social media channels.
We look forward to welcoming attendees to the in-person meeting in Chicago from November 17-21. The safety of attendees, presenters, exhibitors, staff, and the local community is our top priority, and we will keep you updated on any changes that may occur. We miss you and look forward to seeing you in Chicago!
ASC is happy to announce that we are able to provide wi-fi access for all attendees this year. Please note that we are not guaranteed to provide this service year to year.
