收购 Busnelli品牌，意大利家具集团 WeDo 今年目标销售额1.5亿欧元
意大利控股公司 WeDo 收购了意大利家具品牌 Busnelli，但是并未公开具体财务细节。
Busnelli 由 Franco Busnelli 创立于上世纪五十年代末，其标志性产品包括 Fiocco扶手椅和 Libro 扶手椅等，其中相当一部分都被纽约现代艺术博物馆 MOMA 选为永久馆藏，Front srl 公司于2017年将其收购。而此次 WeDo 是从破产清算中的 Front srl 公司手中收购Busnelli 的。
WeDo 在 Busnelli品牌的开发项目上已投资超过150万欧元，包括与 Brianza 当地的供应商达成协议，以确保Busnelli商品的意大利制造。WeDO 的目标是帮助Busnelli 在2023年初推出新产品，并与新设计师建立合作伙伴关系，在风格、材料、研发和设计方面打造创新的产品系列。Olivi表示： …
