win10 输入法如何排序？

因为工作的关系，画图是要默认的英文输入法，平时用五笔，家里人拼音。

把英语放在中文上面，输入法那里美式键盘排第一位。 Snipaste_2021-10-02_17-22-30.png

但是，把中文语言放在上面，美式键盘就跑最下面来了。 Snipaste_2021-10-02_17-15-11.png

美式键盘在上面，微软商店是英文状态。

如何在输入法选项那里，把 eng 放最上面？而语言那里，把中文放前面？
