Who can I provide feedback to on the state of ads on ? This ad overlay has an unclickable X. I even waited for the whole video to finish and it's still not able to be closed.
What browser is that? Stock Android Chrome? The video player is ours (well, our publisher's). So that's something that should be fixable
Just stock Chrome 92 on my Note 10+. I even pulled out my stylus to make sure I wasn’t fat fingering it. Even after the video finished playing I was unable to hit the X. I have zero ad blockers on my network or extensions.

Just had the same behavior with a brand new tab. Scrolled, was served video player ad in that hover spot, was unable to close it on any way.
Somehow on my phone with Chrome it works just fine. Not trying to refute your point, just trying to help solving it.
