最近苹果和高通的关系愈闹愈僵。继上月高通指控苹果违约后，今天就传出苹果控告高通侵犯其芯片技术专利，指后者的旧世代芯片产品 Snapdragon 800 和 820，侵犯了超过八项有关处理器用电管理的技术专利，文件中表示苹果寻求相关专利的时间要比高通早几年。现在 Apple 正要求高通赔偿损失，但金额未明。
