瑞士拉链及五金制造商 Riri 集团宣布，收购意大利托斯卡纳地区的五金供应商 Amom公司。
Amom 60多年来致力于为鞋履、皮具和服装行业生产小型五金、珠宝及配件。此次收购能够让 Riri 集团将产品线扩展至珠宝市场，并在打造高级时装配件制造中心方面进一步向前迈进。
Riri 集团的产品线如今包括拉链、扣件、五金部件和首饰，所用的材料除了合金、黄铜、钢和铝之外，还将扩展至银、青铜、木、贵金属和塑料。
Amom 公司位于意大利托斯卡纳地区阿雷佐省的 Badia al Pino，能够在公司内部完成大部分生产流程，包括压铸、成型、下料、焊接、激光切割、搪瓷、喷漆和电镀，并拥有一个大型陈列室，里面收藏了超过10万件单品。
