唉，太好吃，忍不住吃两大碗😄。

排骨焯水，起锅热油把排骨煎至两面金黄。

加入姜片、蒜粒、红葱头、辣椒、桂皮、八角、香叶爆香。

香料爆香后加入料酒、一点点盐、一大碗水（没过排骨）、一点冰糖。大火煮开后转中小火焖30分钟。

把四季豆去头尾，掰成两段。

起锅热油，把四季豆炒至断生。

30分钟后加入蚝油、酱油、老抽调味。

加入炒断生的四季豆。

把生面条铺在四季豆上面

盖上盖子，中小火焖八分钟

用筷子把面条搅拌均匀

香喷喷的排骨焖面出锅啰。
