在《Days Gone》之后，索尼移植到 PC 平台的下一款游戏很可能是《神秘海域4：盗贼末路》。 在 2021 年投资人关系活动上，索尼公布的一幅图片（26 页）列出了计划发布的 PC 游戏名单：《Days Gone》之后是《神秘海域4》。今年早些时候，索尼互动娱乐的总裁兼 CEO Jim Ryan 表示会有更多 PS 独占游戏登陆 PC 平台。它去年在 PC 平台上发布了第一方游戏《Horizon Zero Dawn》，5 月中旬发布了《Days Gone》。索尼还透露，PS5 标准版的成本下降，PS4 预计仍然会占到 PS 总收入的七成，PS5 数字版玩家花在游戏上的时间比光盘版多 8%，PlayStation Plus 去年有 4760 万订阅用户，免费游戏收入占到了游戏收入的四分之一。
