Apple iPad Pro (128GB, Wi-Fi, Space Gray) 12.9in Tablet (Renewed)

Would rate negative stars if I could. Nothing but problem with it crashing, continuously restarts, not eligible for Apple warranty bc it’s thitd party and it goes back to the original purchase date prior to me buying it. This is basically the most expensive paper weight I’ve owned. Should have just thrown 750 out the window, it would have caused me less stress

The ipad showed up with a bad battery. After receiving the ipad I had to charge it over an hour before it turned on. Then charging it all night it would not get above 21%. I spent a great deal of time having to troubleshoot the battery problem and get the ipad to turn on, then after charging it all night I realized I needed to return the ipad. Waste of time and money.

I had high hopes considering a lot of other good reviews but the one we received would not stay turned on. Thought it was the battery level at first, but even after charging it up to 25%, it kept restarting after a few minutes. Next morning it was down to 7% and was turning itself on and off. I tried to plug it in directly to my laptop to charge and it would say it's not charging and would restart over and over. I boxed it up and mailed it back. and FYI seller does not pay for return shipping.

I was nervous about buying refurbished but didn’t want to drop over $1000 on a brand new one when I’ve never owned an iPad before. After researching and comparing prices and searching reviews, I finally purchased this one.

I couldn’t be happier! It came a few days earlier than planned, and it was well packaged, no flaws, and it works amazingly! I bought it for drawing and painting, so I bought an Apple Pencil (elsewhere) and synced with the Apple Pencil and runs Procreate (a painting and drawing app) like a dream! The charger was generic but I just bought my own Apple one to go with it. The screen is huge, the color is good, and I have zero issues with screen sensitivity.

There’s always a risk of buying refurbished, but this was one worth taking. Works as good as I hoped it did, and I’d probably buy from this seller again if I need to in the future. :)

Apple iOS updates continue to make this device unusable. After attempting yet another iOS update, the device won't display anthing other than a restore screen. iTunes can't install the update nor restore it to factory settings. Apple's customer support says customers can do nothing other than wait several days until Apple issues the next update. I can't trust this device, the software, or the company.

So after reading all the reviews i figured I'd take a risk on this product. SHOULD HAVE NEVER DONE THAT. i couldn't even fully set up the ipad without it constantly crashing and rebooting. This vendor should be reported for false advertising. What professional inspection would allow this defective prodcut to be sold as a fully functional refurbished and professionally inspected item. Unless you have prime you'll have to pay for return shipping. Also it doesnt come with a proper apple brand charge cable or wall plug. They are off brand random things that half work. Very disappointed.

The smartest thing I ever did was buying this iPad. I’ve had fancy desktops, laptops, but this little gem does it all. Plus it’s so light and convenient I just slip it in my purse. It has everything one could need. I can print something upstairs and it prints on my printer downstairs. My son who’s a businessman loves his too. Anyway if you’re not sure about getting this do yourself a favor and go for it. I’ve had mine for a year and a half and still love it. My laptop is collecting dust.

I am more than pleased with this iPad! Seriously perfect condition, you really can't tell its refurbished other than the packaging and the sync cable (power adapter was authentic). I never even pick up my macbook anymore, the 12.9 inch screen is incredible, its fast, lightweight, and handles programs with ease. If you are looking at getting a great device, for way cheaper than what you'd get at apple this is definitely the way to go. Seriously, buy with confidence, you won't regret it!
