律动 BlockBeats 消息，4 月 28 日，摩根大通（JPMorgan），星展银行（DBS Bank）和新加坡政府拥有的投资公司淡马锡（Temasek）携手合作，建立了一个基于区块链的新合资企业以改善跨境支付。新公司名为 Partior，旨在通过区块链技术解决支付、贸易和外汇结算的痛点或摩擦。
Partior 将开发基于数字化商业银行资金的批量支付通道，以允许金融机构之间的即时结算。该平台将利用区块链和智能合约，使世界各地的银行能够进行实时跨境交易，星展新航以及淡马锡这两家公司与摩根大通之间的美元和新加坡元之间的流转交易将是首个实验对象。随后该平台将扩展到其他市场和货币种类。
