8月28日消息，据DigiTimes报道称，随着美国对华为制裁的进一步收紧，该公司的无晶圆厂芯片制造子公司海思半导体现在正在大量流失工程师。报道中提到，外部制裁越来越严重，正在将海思逼到边缘，许多工程师已经离开了华为IC设计部门在中国台湾的团队。
