在广州的尹女士近日向澎湃新闻反映称，她父亲去年11月在一电商平台购买一款售价59元的充电式热水袋，不到一个月，她14岁女儿在睡觉时使用该热水袋时被烫伤，伤口至今未痊愈，仍需用药治疗。尹女士提供的照片显示，其女儿的腿部有一处明显的溃烂伤口，诊断结果为烫伤。尹女士说，医生曾说，该伤口系低温烫伤。
