瓜子二手车创始人兼CEO杨浩涌卸任法定代表人及经理，由王晓宇接任，经营范围也新增经营电信业务。
天眼查数据显示，2019年12月31日，瓜子二手车的运营主体车好多旧机动车经纪（北京）有限公司发生一系列工商变更，注册资本由原来的100万元增至1000万元，增幅达900%。
此外，创始人兼CEO杨浩涌卸任法定代表人及经理，由王晓宇接任，经营范围也新增经营电信业务。
车好多旧机动车经纪（北京）有限公司成立于2015年7月，公司最大股东、最终受益人为杨浩涌本人，持股比例99%。
2019年12月16日，据网易科技报道，在瓜子二手车“质量革命”行动沟通会上，杨浩涌表示，车好多集团2019年11月已实现集团盈利，预计Q4集团将实现整体盈利，财务模型日趋健康。
