CDMA Network Retirement
As we complete our network transition to 4G and 5G, we at Verizon would like to keep you up to date with some important activities.
Currently, 3G / 4G non-HD Voice CDMA devices can't be activated for any new line of service.

To check your upgrade eligibility and get the latest and greatest devices on the market:
- Consumer Customers: sign in to your My Verizon account.
- Business Customers: sign in to your My Business account or call your account's business representative.
