表弟高考没到本科线，有办法报本科学校么？

问与答 - @tangdexi112 - 表弟在广西高考的，昨天刚出的分数，二本线 347 分，只考了 290 多分。表弟不愿意复读，目前看上去只能读专科了，有没有办法可以读到本科？我觉得再垃圾的本科也是本科，有个本科学历以后也好混一点。
