团队协作平台Slack 今晚在纽交所挂牌上市，股票代码为 “WORK”，开盘价 39.8 美元/ADS，相比 26 美元发行价上涨 53%。
Slack 今天早些时候将上市参考价格定为每股 26 美元，使公司估值达到 157 亿美元，与之前预期的 160 亿美元至 170 亿美元基本一致。
Slack 并没有采用一般的 IPO 形式，而是与效仿了 Spotify 直接上市。Slack CEO 斯图尔特·巴特菲尔德（Stewart Butterfield）在接受 CNBC 采访时表示，未来 5 年到 7 年，电子邮件在企业内部将逐渐走向消亡，不过他也认为到时候电子邮件系统并不会消失。
Slack 招股书显示，Slack 免费服务已被 50 多万个团队采用，2019 财年营收达 4.006 亿美元，相比 2018 财年的 2.205 亿美元相比大幅增长 82%。在 2019 财年中，Slack 净亏损 1.389 亿美元，相比之下，2018 财年净亏损为 1.401 亿美元。Slack 曾在今年 1 月宣布，Slack 拥有逾 8.5 万付费用户，1000 多万日活跃用户。
