华为目前面临的形势越来越严峻。据外媒最新报道，ARM已经全面终止了与华为的合作，甚至有点老死不相往来的架势，虽然华为本身拥有ARMv8架构的永久授权，可以继续自主研发，但未来仍被蒙上了厚厚的阴影。另一方面，华为的麒麟处理器都需要台积电代工，会不会也被断供呢？台积电方面对此倒是很快表态，称经过初步评估认为没有违反出口管制规范，不会停止向华为供货，只是后续还需要继续观察、评估。
