i黑马讯 5月2日，新氧科技正式登陆纳斯达克，交易代码为“SY”，以每股13.80美元价格发行1300万股美国存托股票（简称“ADS”），每13股ADS相当于10股A类普通股。在承销商不行使超额配售权的情况下，本次募资总额大约为1.794亿美元。
作为一家致力于改变医美行业的科技公司，新氧平台为那些爱美的用户提供社区体验，并将用户通过社区与覆盖中国300多个城市的近6000家消费医疗服务提供商联结起来。
新氧ADS已获批准自今日起将正式于纳斯达克全国市场挂牌上市，交易代码为“SY”。
