海上阅兵，给予中国最高礼遇的是毛子。多国海军进港时水兵都是松松垮垮的，唯独俄罗斯海军从进入港口到泊位一路全体敬礼。俄罗斯海军进港专门派两人撑起圣安德烈旗，舰员甲板列队号手吹号至意。且是唯一一个派两名随军记者全程跟船的海军。抵达港口后俄罗斯海军接受中国海军欢迎仪式后，在军舰上高唱军歌。
