4月7日，有网友爆料称京东取消了京东快递员底薪，并将揽件计入绩效，此外也下调了快递员公积金缴费比例（12-7%）。京东对于快递员收入的一些列改革措施，引发了网友的激烈争论，对此京东物流官方微博也在4月7日进行了回复。京东物流表示，首先京东物流独立运营之后“原来的薪酬结构已经不适应新的模式，无法对绩效优异的员工体现出足够的激励”；其次公积金“调整后，京东物流员工公积金缴存比例仍处于行业中位水准之上”
