加拿大鹅（CanadaGoose）事件一波三折，网易考拉到底卖的是“真鹅”还是“假鹅”，至今尚未有一个权威鉴定。1月15日，网易考拉与浙江省杭州市东方公证处的公证人员一同前往广东省东莞市金巴伦服装有限公司（下简称“金巴伦”）进行实物鉴定，《IT时报》记者也在第一时间赶赴了现场，但是当天临时取消了现场实物鉴定，羽绒服是真是假，还要等寄送给加拿大鹅官方后，才能出具准确结果。
