铅笔道1月9日讯，Bianews今日报道称，今日头条已达成对优酷的收购、正与西瓜视频对接业务。针对此消息，优酷方面回应表示：假的，该爆料完全是子虚乌有的胡扯，严重影响优酷品牌声誉，优酷将追究传播该不实消息的相关自媒体的法律责任。
值得注意的是，此前在12月21日晚间，时间财经引用未经官方证实的消息称，今日头条母公司字节跳动正在与阿里巴巴集团洽谈收购优酷及阿里音乐相关事宜。对此，优酷官方微博第一时间对谣言回应称：扯淡，随后阿里巴巴集团官方微博转发优酷辟谣微博，称“扯淡plus”。此外，今日头条方面也回应称此传言不实。
