【员外郎王林清】王林清，被戏称为“员外郎”。他仍然有法官的尊称，名字却不在名单内。在目前“最高人民法院内设机构主要人员”网页上，有所有审判员的名字，每个庭室都有，五百人左右，也没有王林清的名字。王林清后来澄清，未入最高法院前两批员额法官是他自己主动放弃。
