12月25日，针对网传的裁员传闻，摩拜单车对腾讯《一线》回应称：属正常的业务调整，部分岗位仍在招聘中。
据悉，为更好地聚焦核心能力，让组织变得更加贴近业务，提升业务的推进效率，摩拜单车于下半年进行了两次组织架构调整和优化，相应的岗位也有所调整。
针对此次因调整受到影响的员工，公司正积极协调，提供内部应聘的机会。对于未能成功内部应聘的离职员工，公司将严格按照《劳动合同法》等相关法律规定协商解决，保障每一位员工的权益。
