促进转债转股的套路到底有哪些？我还是有点迷糊 - 进入转股期的转债越来越多了，感觉必须要搞清楚促进转债转股的套路才能知道未来如何投转债。。最近促进转股的转债，貌似有利欧和鼎信。。感觉套路都是死拉正股做折价。吸引大家转股。可是如果这样做。为啥不直接买债转股呢？何必要让散户赚这个差价的钱？
