携号转网何时才能实现？根据今年两会工信部副部长公布的新时间表，由于牵涉到运营商之间的结算、以及现有技术问题，从试点进入到推广至少要到2020年。不过今天国内“携号转网吧”上有用户发文称携转流程获得更新，只需要编辑短信就可以完成查询和申请，不再需要用户本人携带有效身份证件到各运营商自营厅查询办理。新携转流程将于2018年12月1日开始启用。
