转发一个常识：原来的国家标准是每100克牛奶含2.95克蛋白质，蒙牛和伊利调到了2.8克。光明和其他企业不赞同这个标准，自行组织了农垦乳业联盟，蛋白质含量要求是3克，跟欧美标准一样。还有菌落总数，欧美要求少于10万个/100毫升，蒙牛伊利定的标准是200万个/100毫升。（@顾扯淡）
