近日有网友曝料称，成立仅仅一年的锤子科技成都分公司已经解散，也有说锤子科技成都分公司解散了技术团队，还有人发现曝料者疑似锤子科技早期员工王前闯。锤子科技随即发布官方声明，对此予以否认，称事实是北京、深圳和成都三地技术人员整合，目前成都分公司经营状况良好，各项业务正常开展，职能依旧保持不变。
