今日消息，根据网传的B站题为《关于成立哔哩哔哩电竞公司及陈悠悠(U)的任命通知》的内部信显示，B站将成立“哔哩哔哩电竞公司”，任命陈悠悠为公司总裁，董事长由陈睿兼任。
圈哥随即联系战旗直播有关工作人员，反馈称战旗前CEO陈悠悠确已离任，战旗此后仍直属浙报，内部运营未受影响。
