企业协作应用Slack 可能要上市了。据 华尔街日报 报道，熟悉该公司计划的人士称，Slack Technologies Inc. 正在积极准备以在 2019 年上半年进行首次公开募股，并着眼于第一季度上市。
知情人士表示，Slack 预计其估值可能超过 70 亿美元，这也是最新一轮融资对公司的估值。当然，在公布 IPO 定价之前，估值可能会发生变化。
Slack 自 2009 年成立以来已经筹集到超 12 亿美元资金。在最新一轮融资——H 轮中，Slack 获得了 4.27 亿美元融资 ，估值达到 71 亿美元，投资方包括 Dragoneer Investment Group 和 General Atlantic。
