近日，有关火车“霸座”的消息频频曝光，有人坐错了位置不肯更换，有人买了无座票却强占他人座位，网友愤慨之余，也希望有关方面更给予类似无得行为以严惩，将其加入失信名单，限制其出行。日前，微博上又曝光了一则外籍女子强霸占他人座位的视频。据悉，9月23日，上海至阜阳K8482列车上，一外籍女子强占别人座位，拒绝出示车票，还将水泼向拍视频的人群。
