近日有传言称华为将被“国资收购”，对此，华为今日对第一财经记者予以否认。而针对关于业务分拆、剥离部分业务的传闻，华为同样表示不属实。关于股权结构，华为在官方网站上写道，“华为成立于1987年，是一家由员工持有全部股份的民营企业，目前有18万员工，业务遍及170多个国家和地区。”
