9月7日上午消息，根据侨报网对刘强东涉嫌性侵案中当事人的报警地点的实地探访。侨报网称，在饭局中当事人就有过一次报警。近日，京东CEO刘强东因在美涉嫌性侵中国女留学生被捕，根据警方资料显示，案件发生在8月31日凌晨一点，但次日刘强东即被释放，并回国参加相关活动，京东官方发布消息称此为“失实指控”。明尼苏达警方发布消息表示，该案件仍在审理中。
