Linux 端 Firefox 63 扩展程序将被激活

Mozilla的网页浏览器在去年经历了有史以来最大的版本更迭，并启用了Firefox Quantum全新的名字。此后Mozilla又不断为其新添了诸多新功能，例如在Nightly版本引入了阻止自动播放多媒体以及支持Windows 10的Dark主题等等。
根据Mozilla的Bugzilla追踪器显示，在Linux系统中切换至进程外扩展程序将默认处于激活状态，这就意味着WebExtensions能够同标签页和浏览器核心的进程分隔开来，从而在自己独立的进程中运行。一旦启用之后，Mozilla有望进一步提升扩展程序方面的稳定性、安全性和性能。这个功能于去年9月份在Firefox 56上出现，在一个多月前发布的Firefox 61版本中在macOS中出现。
根据Firefox的路线图，Firefox 63预计将于今年10月23日正式发布。
