周亚辉辞去昆仑万维总经理职务 将出任Opera公司CEO

PingWest品玩6月30日报道， 昆仑万维昨日发布公告 ，因周亚辉拟任其所控制的公司Opera Limited的CEO，将不再担任公司的总经理。辞去总经理职务后，周亚辉但仍然担任董事长职务。目前，由公司副总经理、财务总监王立伟，代为履行总经理职责，原定任期至2020年7月18日。
近日，总部位于挪威的浏览器公司Opera周五向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交了IPO（首次公开招股）申请，计划融资最多1.15亿美元。中金公司和花旗集团是Opera此次IPO的承销商。 Opera提交的招股书显示 ，在此次IPO之前，昆仑万维创始人周亚辉实益拥有Opera的1.35亿股普通股，持股比例为67.5%。
