双频路由器工作在2.4GHz和5GHz两个频段，5GHz频段干扰较小，目前市面上越来越多的手机、笔记本等终端支持5GHz（如果家里的所有终端都不支持5GHz频段，建议选择单频路由器；如果有终端支持5GHz频段，建议选择双频路由器，无线网速体验更好）。
