新浪科技讯北京时间11月13日晚间消息，高通公司今日宣布，公司董事会已拒绝了博通公司（Broadcom）11月6日主动提出的收购提议。高通执行董事长保罗·雅各布（PaulJacobs）称：“公司董事会一致认为，博通的报价低估了高通的价值。”
