近日苹果承认了iPhoneX的屏幕用久了会烧屏(本质上，烧屏是一种图像残留的现象，这是由于当前OLED屏幕技术原理导致的问题)，并宣称这个问题是“正常的”，且难以避免，唯一的修复方法只有换屏。所以苹果认为OLED问题是正常的话，是不会对其进行保修的(至少目前)，只要是苹果认为正常的问题，那么都不会对其进行免费解决。
